Martial Arts classes to reinforce techniques for maximal defense effectiveness.

The IRONfit resistance training will develop Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, Core Stability and Mobility for your everyday recreational and occupational activities. IRONfit Training teaches the body to be supportive and synchronized to move in its greatest efficiency.


The IRONFit strength training is seamlessly integrated into our martial arts classes to reinforce skills & defense for the greatest efficiency.  The 3 crucial components are Flexibility/Mobility, Cardio-Respiratory Endurance, and Strength Training.  Our instructors incorporate various movements and equipment such as; battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls for optimal physical conditioning.


Along with improving overall body composition, IRONfit strength training will relieve stress and add variety on the path to the best physical conditioning! Students will work toward:
