THE TRAINING

Cardio, strength, flexibility, and key recovery time come together in a balanced, high-energy workout that keeps the psych high. Each cardio kickboxing class includes:

  • Warm Up: Prepare the body to work hard, safely
  • Bag Training: Cardio and full-body strength-training in one powerful package
  • Bodyweight Strength Training: Build core strength and stability without stressing the joints or limiting mobility
  • Stretching and Flexibility: Our restorative cool-down increases flexibility and prevents injury

CLASS COMPONENTS

The components of each full body workout in the Cardio Kickboxing program are purposefully sequenced and intentionally diversified to maintain elevated participant enthusiasm and motivation, thereby maximizing one’s performance to achieve desired results.

Taught by skilled martial artists, classes follow strategically designed and systematically varied formats that promote increased strength and flexibility as well as ongoing improvement in cardiovascular and muscular endurance levels.
