The Academy teaches men, women and children how to use the martial arts to feel stronger, healthier and more confident inside a cooperative learning environment. It means each of our students gets a safe classroom in which to learn the martial arts and a professional level of attention to help them reach their fitness and self-defense goals.

Our program is a life skills-based training system, using the martial arts to build a solid fitness foundation. Our schools provide a fun learning environment, where we teach practical self-defense with the purpose of helping children and teens to reach their full potential.


Mixed Martial Arts is the foundation of our curriculum. It combines several disciplines of Martial Arts and Self-Defense along with various strength, endurance, and flexibility drills to provide you with a complete full body workout.


Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces. It is the most effective, real world, self-defense system that was originally developed for the Israeli military and is now the preferred system for U.S. military units and law enforcement agencies.


BJJ is one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world.  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a self-defense system built on leverage, distance, and technique. Our classes are taught in an easy-to-follow format where safety is our first concern.  Since most self-defense situations will end up on the ground, BJJ training leads to the development of an invaluable skill set.  Additionally, we have women only classes available for training.


The Academy Cardio Kickboxing program will take one’s overall health and fitness to new and improved levels utilizing a foundation of martial arts and a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) model.  Our instructors will educate and motivate you to the achieve your goals!


The IRONfit program is based on Functional Fitness & Physical Conditioning. The importance of Functional Training is to strengthen and enhance one's ability to move well through daily life.  IRONfit training is incorporated into our MMA-Kickboxing classes for the most effective training!
